Training Courses
Feel Safe has a range of courses dedicated to teaching and training people on how to deal with threats, violence and criminal activity within the workplace.
Workplace threats/violence
The Government defines workplace threats/violence as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted by a fellow employees or by a member of the public in circumstances arising out of the course of his or her employment.
How do we deal with this?
There are two main factors in threats or conflicts - verbal and physical elements. We deal with the verbal aspect and identify techniques that will assist in the process of de-escalating the threat. Techniques will be taught to assist in dealing with physical threats.
What will you achieve?
People who attend any of these programmes are empowered and given the knowledge and confidence to “Feel Safe” in their workplace and in general life.
